Planos Nutrition with Andres Ayesta

We’re pleased to announce a new partnership between Compass Health and Planos Nutrition, bringing personalized nutrition guidance directly into the Compass care experience.

Through this pilot program, eligible Compass members can receive a complimentary 45- to 60-minute virtual nutrition assessment with Andres Ayesta, MS, RD, LD, a registered and licensed dietitian.
If you have been tracking your food, Andres may also complete a more detailed nutrition audit to help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

This assessment is included in your Compass membership at no additional cost. It is designed to give you a clear understanding of where your nutrition stands and what deserves your attention next.

You will not be asked to purchase anything during the appointment. Ongoing nutrition coaching through Planos Nutrition is a separate service and will only be discussed if you request additional information.

Following the assessment, Andres will provide Compass Health with a brief care summary so your care coordinator and specialists can remain informed and aligned.
