Dr. Rishi Seth, MD

Dr. Rishi Seth is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Seth Premier Medical, a concierge internal medicine practice in Tampa. With more than a decade in medicine, he left the volume-driven model of traditional primary care to build a practice with a deliberately limited panel, where visits run as long as the medicine requires and patients reach their physician directly, day or night. Dr. Seth earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of North Dakota in Fargo. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and serves as a Professor of Medicine at BayCare Graduate Medical Education, where he teaches internal medicine to residents. His clinical work centers on longevity medicine, advanced prevention, metabolic health, and physician-supervised weight management, including GLP-1 therapy. Every care plan is built from the patient's own labs, history, and goals, with a focus on the next twenty years of health rather than the next visit. He co-hosts Out of Network, a podcast examining concierge medicine, longevity science, and where healthcare is headed. He runs Seth Premier Medical alongside his wife, Neera Seth, the practice's Chief Operations Officer. The two live in Tampa with their two children and are fixtures of the city's youth sports and arts communities.
